Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join The School Tour Company, specializing in arranging and managing school tours. The ideal candidate will coordinate all logistical aspects of school group travel, ensuring seamless execution from planning to completion, while providing excellent customer service to educational institutions.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with schools and educational organizations to understand their travel requirements and objectives.Plan, coordinate, and execute school tour itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, activities, and meals.Liaise with vendors, service providers, hotels, transportation companies, and tour guides to secure bookings and confirm arrangements.Manage budgets, quotations, and invoicing related to school tours.Monitor and track bookings, payments, and cancellations; update relevant records and systems.Provide timely communication and updates to clients and internal teams (Sales, Accounts etc.).Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during tours proactively.Manage the 24hr emergency phone on a rotational basis.Experience / Qualifications:0 - 2 yrs proven experience in operations, travel planning or administration in a fast paced & busy environment.Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple administrative projects simultaneously.Fluent in French, German, Italian or DutchPreferred Skills:Experience working with educational institutions or in school-related travel planning.Tourism or Administrative qualifications.Job Type: Full-timePay: €31,000.00-€33,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany eventsWork from homeApplication question(s):What are your salary expectations?Work Location: Hybrid remote in North City, Dublin 1, CO.
