Chef de Partie - Experienced
Under the guidelines of the Departmental Executive and Head Chef, ensure the daily operations meet department and hotel standards, providing quality service to guests in accordance with statutory, health, and safety requirements.
The Role:
Reporting to the Executive and Head Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards in the kitchen, training staff, and ensuring safety and hygiene regulations are followed.
The Person:
We seek candidates with at least five years of experience as a Chef de Partie, capable of operating in a guest-focused manner, exceeding guest expectations, and building customer loyalty.
