Administrative Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to provide administrative support for micro-credential courses at Maynooth University.
* Support all day-to-day administrative and operational tasks relating to the University's Micro-credentials project;
* Act as the point of contact for micro-credentials related queries from within and external to the University, providing excellent customer service and clear information to all stakeholders;

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience in office administration in a fast-paced environment, ideally in higher education. The ideal candidate will have proven ability to work on own initiative, manage multiple issues simultaneously, meet deadlines; demonstrated ability to work as part of a team supporting colleagues continually improving work practice; highly organized approach with demonstrated excellence in attention to detail (written and oral); excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Office).
