Sales Manager
Our client is a 4-star hotel located in the scenic heart of County Wicklow, offering a world-class experience for their guests. We are currently seeking a dedicated and professional Sales Manager to join their established team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue and enhancing profitability. This is a dynamic position requiring both strategic oversight and hands-on involvement.

As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for but not limited to:
* Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
* Planning and executing sales strategies, with a focus on MICE and revenue management.
* Managing and growing corporate accounts through proactive outreach and monthly prospecting.
* Overseeing Conference & Events and Revenue/Reservations departments within budget.
* Conducting regular client meetings, cold calls, and presentations to promote the hotel.
* Representing the hotel at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
* Driving digital marketing efforts and managing the hotel's social media presence.
* Collaborating on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with senior leadership.
* Working toward achieving F&B and Conference revenue targets.
* Producing comprehensive weekly and monthly sales reports for senior management.
* Ensuring service excellence, team development, and compliance with HR and safety policies.
Key Requirements:
* Previous hospitality experience in Sales and Marketing.
* Knowledge of the Wicklow and South Dublin area desirable.
* Weekend and evening availability required.
* Ability to travel to client sites, tradeshows, conferences, etc.
* Experience with managing sales budgets.
* Strong communication skills.
* Strong relationship building and maintaining experience.
* Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
* Experience creating and compiling forecasting weekly and monthly.
