 
        
        Opportunity with a well known investment firm based in Dublin for a company secretary with 3-5 years experience.
Key Responsibilities
 * Lead, as required, on the design and implementation of the company's governance structures and supporting processes.
 * Support the embedding and ongoing operation of IAF/SEAR processes within the organisation.
 * Contribute to the development and drafting of governance-related policies, frameworks, procedures, and records.
 * Support structural projects falling under the remit of the Governance Department.
 * Assist the Head of Governance and Company Secretariat function with key Board and Committee activities as required.
 * Provide end-to-end meeting support for Executive and Executive Sub-Committee meetings, including preparation of high-quality meeting minutes.
 * Support internal audits and regulatory inspections, including timely provision of required documentation.
 * Collaborate with teams across the group to drive governance consistency and process improvement.
 * Role-model for the company's culture, values, and behaviours in all activities.
Qualifications & Education Requirements
 * Strong understanding of corporate governance, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment.
 * Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in governance, company secretarial support, risk and control, or project management (preferred).
