We are looking for Part-time Facilities staff to join our team in a South Dublin
***Working pattern: Monday to Sunday, various shifts, 20 hours per week***
**Fix-term contract**
*Weekend and evening availability is a must *
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Open and close the grounds at start or end of the day.
* Assist on site staff with daily duties such as event preparation.
* Assistant in preparing grounds for seasonal event Christmas.
* Assistant on site staff with maintenance and upkeep of all buildings, equipment and facilities
* Responsible for overall cleanliness of all the organisation's facilities
* Conduct regular inspections of the site, facilities and equipment to assess conditions and readiness for visitors.
* Undertake configuration and set-up duties for AV requirements for onsite events
* Report defects, deficiencies or health and safety related issues to the supervisor
* Promote health and safety throughout the organisation.
* Ensure site and building security.
* Escort and assist service providers and contractors on site when required.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Good work record, with previous cleaning experience desirable.
* Experience with cleaning equipment is desirable.
* Basic health and safety knowledge.
* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
* An empathy with the outdoors.
