Description
As a BPR Project Manager you plan, mobilise, and execute mid to large scale projects, ensuring system changes are thoroughly tested and organisations are ready for process changes. You will be the prime mover of your projects including scoping, technological solutions and architectural decisions, resource-planning, communications, project governance, risk management, change management and readiness. You’ll connect the dots, build trust and understanding between groups, and orchestrate the activities needed to make your projects successful. We are looking for someone to bring experience managing large global technical projects that interweave multiple functional teams and/or multiple systems.You will:- Act as a liaison between business and technology groups to ensure business project requirements are adequately met with cutting-edge and scalable technology solutions- Collaborate with partners to identify viable alternatives for key business impacting challenges- Communicate effectively to key business partners to ensure quality of products and services, oversees risk management throughout the project life cycles- Achieve key performance indicators, improve efficiency while reducing operational costs- Own creation of to-be processes; drive all steps of the technological design process from problem identification through solution vetting and selection- Host core team, leadership, and steering committee meetings, keeping core and management teams well-informed about project developments in a fast-paced environment- Identify and engage all resources needed to mobilise projects; establish project roadmaps and schedules, keeping activities on track to major achievements.- Determine key decision recommendations and broker agreements with internal and external partners- Ensure business teams and partners are prepared for system and process changes, including training plans for knowledge transfer to sustaining teams- Facilitate capital planning for new projects and project scope changes, including business justifications and strategic road maps
Minimum Qualifications
* Experience in planning, managing, and successfully delivering large cross-functional systems projects
* Experience with global projects incorporating regional and country-specific details
Preferred Qualifications
* A background and knowledge of service supply chain networks, including reverse logistics and repair operations.
* Be a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management skills and ability to work with autonomously
* Proficiency in establishing project structure for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinating cross-project initiatives.
* Excellent forward thinking capabilities. Must be able to see beyond the current state, identify risks/opportunities and drive project teams toward the desired program outcome
* BA/BS degree in Business or Supply Chain or a minimum of 5 years of related experience
