As a Health care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare professionals and service users.
*Key Responsibilities:Assist with patient care tasks such as bathing, dressing.Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.Assist with daily day to day tasks, heating and serving meals in accordance with dietary requirements.Communicate effectively with patients, families and health care team members.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient careLight Housekeeping such as laundry, cleaning and tiding to maintain a safe and comfortable environment.Assist with mobility issues, such as transferring, walking or using mobility aids.
*Requirements:Relevant healthcare qualification - QQI Level 5 in Healthcare or Care of the older person and care skills or working towardExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentStrong organisational and time management skillsFamiliarity with medical software and electronic health recordsWhat do we offer you?
