Job descriptionRemote Contract - Members Support Administrator for The Irish Association of Creative Arts TherapistsThe Irish Association of Creative Arts Therapists (IACAT) are looking to work with a remote contract administrator on a part time basis, 8 hours per week. IACAT closes for the month of August and two weeks during Christmas.If you think you might be suitable, please send a cover letter and a copy of your CV by 25th January 2026. Candidates shortlisted for interview will be required to provide contact details for two referees.List of ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Chairperson.Liaising with IACAT Council, CEO, Operations Manager and membership.Working in accordance with the policies and procedures of IACAT.Answering phone calls/emails and responding to queries from the public and membership.Create zoom links, meeting agenda templates and organise meeting polls.Maintenance of website back office management and updating of website text, images, events and news etc. Training will be provided.Maintenance and updating of databases, contact lists etc.Managing memberships including new applicants and renewals.Producing and sending monthly bulletin.Administration of IACAT Mentoring program.Organising travel arrangements, including transport and accommodation bookings and processing expense claims in line with policies.Attend meetings where required.Attend events where required.The administrator is expected to promote the vision, mission and values of IACAT in your presentation and communication.Other agreed administrative services as required by IACAT from time to time.Social Media and PRLiaising with the social media sub committee.Liaising with other associations and organisations.Promotion of IACAT via email, social media etc.Occasional design of social media content.
