Learning X Culture Exchange LTD is a high-growth Irish educational services organization headquartered in Dublin, Ireland, combining the agility of a startup with a global ambition. We specialize in providing international students with a full spectrum of educational experiences in Ireland, encompassing short-term study tours and long-term study abroad consulting and application services. We are now seeking a pioneering leader to build and lead our China market operations from the ground up.

核心职责 | Key Responsibilities

· 从0到1的业务开拓 | Zero-to-One Business Building: 作为中国区的"创业者",全面负责制定游学与留学业务的市场进入策略、建立品牌知名度、搭建销售体系并实现业务增长。

o Act as the internal "entrepreneur" for China, owning the full cycle of market entry strategy, brand building, sales system setup, and revenue growth for both study tour and study abroad programs.

· 战略合作与生态建设 | Partnership & Ecosystem Development: 快速开拓并与中国各地的国际学校、留学中介、教育机构及高净值家庭渠道建立牢固的合作伙伴关系。

o Rapidly develop and secure strategic partnerships with international schools, study abroad agencies, educational institutions, and high-net-worth family channels across China.

· 产品线与销售策略 | Product Line & Sales Strategy: 深刻理解游学与留学产品的不同销售模式,制定针对性的市场推广和销售策略,覆盖短期体验与长期学术规划需求。

o Develop tailored marketing and sales strategies for both study tour and study abroad products, addressing the needs for short-term experiences and long-term academic planning.

· 销售领导与执行 | Sales Leadership & Execution: 亲自深入销售一线,主导关键谈判;同时规划未来销售团队的建设和管理工作。

o Lead from the front in key sales negotiations while planning for the future build-out and management of a sales team.

· 跨文化运营协调 | Cross-cultural Operations Coordination: 作为中国市场与爱尔兰总部运营团队的核心枢纽,确保从咨询、申请到境外服务的全流程顺畅交付。

o Serve as the critical link between the China market and the Irish operations team, ensuring seamless end-to-end service delivery from consultation and application to overseas support.

任职要求 | Qualifications & Experience

· 必备条件 | Must-Have:

o 大专及以上学历。我们高度重视实战业绩和创业精神。 / College Diploma (大专) or above. We value proven track records and an entrepreneurial spirit above all.

o 具备10年以上的综合销售或市场经验,其中至少5年与国际教育、游学或留学产业相关,深刻理解中国家庭的教育规划需求。 / 10+ years of broad sales or marketing experience, with at least 5 years relevant to the international education, study tour, or study abroad sector, and a deep understanding of the educational planning needs of Chinese families.

o 拥有丰富且可验证的教育领域商业合作资源,具备快速开拓渠道和建立信任的能力。 / Extensive and verifiable business partnership resources within the education sector, with the ability to quickly open doors and build trust.

o 出色的中英文沟通和谈判能力。 / Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Mandarin Chinese and English.

o 必须愿意常驻爱尔兰都柏林,并能适应频繁的中爱之间的国际出差。 / Must be willing to relocate to and be based in Dublin, Ireland, and adaptable to frequent international travel between China and Ireland.

· 优先考虑 | Preferred:

o 有创业经验者优先。 我们相信真正的创业者具备我们所需要的所有特质:韧性、担当和从零到一的开拓能力。 / Prior entrepreneurship/startup founder experience is highly preferred. We believe true entrepreneurs possess all the qualities we need: resilience, ownership, and the ability to build from zero to one.

o 师范大学毕业背景者优先。您对教育学的理解将是无价的资产。 / Graduates from Normal Universities (师范大学) are highly preferred.

o 拥有爱尔兰、英国等英语国家教育体系相关经验者优先。 / Experience with the Irish, UK, or other English-speaking education systems is a plus.

o 强大的战略思维、解决问题的能力和结果导向的心态。 / Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a results-driven mindset.
