We are looking for a dynamic Sales/Customer Support Executive to join our expanding Healthcare sales team.
As a Business Executive you will be commercially astute and decisive, as well as an excellent communicator who can effectively prioritise tasks. You will also have great persuasion, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Role And Key Responsibilities
* Engage with Healthcare customers over the phone to build relationships and to understand their individual needs and requirements
* Maximise sales by continually achieving sales target, increasing order values, up selling and cross selling products on both incoming and outgoing calls
* Complete a weekly outward call cycle
* Focus on repeat customers and defend existing business while developing new opportunities with new and existing customers
* Process orders via phone, email and web, generate quotes and collect payments
* Maintain your awareness of changes and opportunities in the industry or customer base
* Feed changes within the industry or customers back to the relevant people in the business
Requirements
* Previous tele sales or retail sales experience.
* A confident and professional telephone manner
* Excellent attention to detail & strong admin/IT skills
* Strong time-management skills and the ability to multi-task
* The ability to work on own initiative and work effectively as part of a team
