FRS are recruiting for an office administrator on an initial 4 week temporary basis, but may be extended. This role is part time and will be based on site in Malahide.
It is essential you have administration experience working in a busy, fast paced office environment.
Salary & Hours:
- Mon - Fri fully on site 9am-2pm (25 hrs per week)
- €15-16 p/h
- 4 week assignment, but may be extended
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answering phones, screening & directing calls to relevant contacts
- Answering exhibitor queries by phone & email
- Creating & managing databases
- Processing exhibitor bookings
- Liaising with the Operations Team on exhibitor relationships and contracts and also working closely with Marketing Team on marketing opportunities
- Working closely with accounts team on exhibitor payments
- Creating and updating event documents
- On site management of Organiser's Office at events
- All general office administration duties required
Key Requirements:
- One year previous experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Excel is essential
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent standard of verbal and written communication
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail required
- Team player
