Key Responsibilities
* Planning and managing the design and execution of construction projects.
* Conducting thorough feasibility studies and technical site investigations to determine project viability.
* Risk and Environmental Impact Assessment for sustainable development.
* Ensuring sites meet all relevant legal, health, and safety standards.
* Managing and directing project progress from start to finish.
* Collaborating with architects, clients, and other professionals to discuss project requirements.
* Leading a team of engineers and designers in their work.
Requirements
* A Degree or Masters in Civil/Structural Engineering.
* At least 10 years of experience working on medium to large-scale projects, preferably in a design office setting.
* Proficiency in REVIT/BIM software.
* A successful track record of working closely with clients and contractors.
* A valid driving license and transport for occasional site visits.
* Prior Irish experience is highly desirable for this role.
* Civil engineering proficiency, especially in areas like drainage, traffic engineering, and siteworks, is preferred.
