TRS Staffing have a fantastic opportunity for a Materials and Logistics Coordinator for a Major Infrastructure Project (Dublin)
The role will see you be highly organized and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team working on a major infrastructure project in Dublin.
Responsibilities:
Implement and manage a comprehensive material handling system at the project site.
Coordinate logistics activities across all project disciplines.
Liaise with subcontractors regarding material deliveries and ensure accuracy.
Participate in material inspections during unloading and prepare discrepancy reports.
Maintain accurate warehouse and asset registers as per established procedures.
Develop and submit safety reports to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse management.
Strong understanding of best practices for data management and inventory control.
Proficiency in digital reporting tools (experience with project management software a plus).
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret project documents and plans.
Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to work extended hours when necessary.
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently under pressure.
