Dublin.ResponsibilitiesSetting Out – groundworks & structural – Use of GPS, total station & automatic levelsCoordinating site drawingsDaily liaison with the project team, design team, and subcontractorsMonitoring and recording of materials, plant, and logisticsImplementing QA procedures, concrete pre/post pour checks, RFI’s and resolves technical issuesRecord keeping and reportingAssist in maintaining and monitoring safe working practices on site.RequirementsRelevant Third level Degree3-5 years’ experience in a similar rolePrevious Main Contractor experiencePrevious projects experience on Construction/Civil Engineering projects (Residential, RC Frame, Retail/Commercial, Pharma, Datacentre, Hi-Tech)Proficient in the use of GPS, robotic total station, and levelling equipment is essentialExcellent IT skills – knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navis works, MicrosoftPackageCompany Vehicle or Travel AllowanceRelocation Allowance (where applicable)Company Laptop and Phone,Pension, Life insurance, and Income ProtectionContinuous Professional Development (CPD), Access to Lifestyle Benefits (such as, Bike to work scheme, Employee Assistance Programme, Sports & Social Club) and many more.
