This position requires collaboration with Product and Business teams to define test cases for new functionality. You will also act as a subject matter expert on projects involving the Business Engagement team, driving initiatives to improve efficiency and quality for clients.

Requirements

For this role, we are seeking an individual with 4+ years of experience in a NAV or Middle Office role. A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Computer Science is required. Strong systems, product, and process knowledge is essential, along with analytical and problem-solving skills.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, dependable, approachable, and committed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary, as well as high attention to detail and proactive issue resolution. Interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are also required, along with leadership and ownership of tasks.

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, IT literacy with automation tools or testing frameworks experience is desirable.
