OverviewWe’re currently recruiting for a Production Manager to lead high-volume assembly and packaging operations within a regulated manufacturing environment in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced people leader with a strong background in manufacturing excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.You’ll play a key role in driving performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP), while managing and developing cross-functional teams across production, engineering, and quality.The RoleAs Production Manager, you will:Lead Shift Managers and production teams to deliver daily performance targets (SQDCP)Build and champion a Safety-First cultureacross the siteEnsure full compliance with quality, regulatory, and environmental standardsOptimise resource planning to ensure smooth, efficient manufacturing flowMonitor and manage stock levels of WIP and finished goodsTake a lead role in internal and external auditsSupport and drive a continuous improvement agenda, in partnership with CI and automation teamsCoach, mentor, and develop your team through regular reviews, training plans, and project ownershipLead the weekly BOS (Business Operating System) meetings to support productivity and OEE targetsSupport site-wide improvement initiatives and cross-functional projectsWhat We’re Looking ForA third-level qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Science5+ years’ experience in a production management or supervisory role in a high-volume manufacturing environmentExperience working in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharma, or similar)Proven knowledge of production principles, manufacturing operations, and compliance standardsStrong people management and team development skillsProactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem solvingComfortable working cross-functionally across Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply ChainStrong documentation and IT skills; knowledge of budgetary control is a plusWhy Apply?This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer with a strong footprint in the medical device sector.
