The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support, focusing on data entry, secretarial duties, and managing referrals.

Full time
- 9-5 Monday to Friday (1 hr lunch)
Pay-rate: €
€26.25
per hour
depending on previous relative public sector experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic and paper records.
- Provide secretarial support, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications efficiently.
- Answer and direct phone calls, and respond to email inquiries
- Assist in managing and processing referrals, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
