Desirable requirement: 5 days in the Dublin office per month, at the start of the engagement more frequent attendance is required.The aim is to support the technical project manager and package managers in coordinating all technical aspects of project implementation and to take on the technical supervision and coordination of engineering services.Tasks may include:Development of an integrated management system, covering Quality, Health & Safety, Asset Management & Environmental ManagementThis single management system must be compliant with ISO standards 9001, 45001, 55000 & 14001 as the intention is to become certified in all four listed ISO standards. It is expected that a single system can meet all four listed standardsThis system has been mapped, but must be developed further with supporting documentation, policies, processes and proceduresEnsure continuous quality reporting and updates on projects status to managementEnsure internal communication, co-operation, and coordination between the different staff members of the Project and with other parties with an interface to the projectEnsure efficient and regular project Quality meetings and record-keeping including minutes and agreed actions.
