Responsibilities
* Manage general operations, profitability, compliance, and new business generation.
* Recruit, mentor, develop, and recruit new staff members.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Source and assess top healthcare talent using various channels.
* Collaborate with clients on workforce planning and develop proactive recruitment strategies.
* Lead the recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring a positive experience for clients and candidates.
* Stay informed on industry trends and provide market insights to clients.
* Mentor and develop the recruitment team, contributing to team goals.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years senior agency recruitment experience, with strong healthcare knowledge.
* Ability to quickly understand and adapt to organizational obligations and client needs.
* Experience managing diverse teams and maximizing talent.
* Excellent sales, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
