We’re now looking for a Head of Operations / COO to help scale the business for growth - while keeping customers at the centre of everything we do.
Reporting to the CEO, you’ll run the operational engine of the company. You’ll turn strategy into execution, strengthen how we work, and ensure our teams consistently deliver exceptional outcomes for customers.

Building strong operating rhythms that improve delivery, accountability, and reliability
Optimising our Customer Support function to deliver consistently outstanding service
Ensuring we operate in a secure, compliant, and well-governed way
Streamlining how work gets done so teams can execute with greater speed, clarity, and focus
You’ll lead across Finance, People, Legal, Support, and Program Delivery - creating an operating model that supports sustainable growth and scales efficiently without compromising quality or culture.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience scaling a B2B SaaS business
Strong track record delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
Customer-first mindset with high operational standards
Confident, credible communicator who can influence at all levels
Demonstrated experience running execution frameworks (OKRs or similar)
Appointment as Chief Operating Officer will be made where prior, demonstrable experience in this role is evident
