Location: Carlow | Duration: 12+ months (with potential to stay on in an internal sales role)
We're looking for an organised and motivated Sales Administration Manager to join our friendly BPX Ireland team in Carlow. This is a maternity cover role (12+ months) that plays a key part in keeping our sales operations running smoothly — from office coordination and warehouse activity to customer support and financial admin.
The position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and can make things happen efficiently. There may be the opportunity for a permanent role upon completion of the fixed term role.

What You'll Be Doing
•Overseeing daily warehouse operations, stock control, and returns
•Making smart, timely decisions to keep everything on track
•Approving quotes, monitoring orders, and helping resolve customer issues
•Managing invoices, payments, purchasing, and cost tracking
•Reviewing sales, operations, and stock reports to spot ways we can improve
