We are not looking for a simple "order manager," but a Purchasing Negotiator who enjoys exploring new sourcing channels, negotiating, and ensuring quality with a comprehensive 360° vision.
Your Mission
As a bilingual Purchasing Specialist, you will be the vital link between our French teams and our Asian suppliers. Your days will be anything but monotonous:
* The Art of Negotiation: You will be the ace in negotiating prices, delivery times, and contract terms with our key suppliers in China. Your goal: optimize costs without ever compromising on quality.
* Strategic Sourcing: You will identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers to diversify our sourcing channels and secure our supply chain.
* Quality & Compliance: You will implement performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure rigorous monitoring of deliveries and product compliance (audits, inspections).
* Market Monitoring & Analysis: You will keep a close eye on market trends, product innovations, and regulatory changes to maintain our competitive edge.
* Internal Collaboration: You will work hand in hand with Finance, Logistics, and Sales teams to translate internal needs into effective purchasing strategies.
The Profile We Are Looking For:
Bilingualism is an Absolute Requirement:
* French: Daily working language with the team (fluent in both spoken and written).
* English: Professional working proficiency (fluent in spoken and written for daily work, negotiation, and technical communication).
* Mandarin: (optional) would be a plus.
Your Skills and Mindset:
* You have at least 5 years of experience in a Purchasing role, ideally within the sports sector.
* You hold a Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) with a specialization in Purchasing or Supply Chain.
* You master complex negotiation techniques and know how to manage long-term supplier relationships.
* You are known for your rigor, autonomy, and strong organizational skills.
* Jet lag doesn't scare you; business trips to Asia are expected 1 to 2 times per year.
