Requirements
* 2/3 year's experience in a similar role
* IT literate
* Microsoft Office experience
* Opera experience or another hotel CRM system
* Friendly, positive, approachable character
* Organised and attention to detail
Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Anticipate customer needs and to satisfy same
* Delivery of high standards of customer care as required by company policy
* Greet guests upon arrival
* Checking guests in and out
