As Customer Engagement Agent, youll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries with professionalism, building strong relationships, and supporting customer engagement activities that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

Customer Engagement Agent Dublin 24 | 12-month contract (potential to extend) I Hybrid | Salary:€40,000 + 10%bonus Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for all customer queries across phone, email, and digital channels.
Deliver excellent customer engagement by resolving issues, identifying opportunities, and enhancing future relationships.
Accurately enter and manage customer orders using SAP and Siebel in line with agreed SLAs.
Support customer engagement initiatives including product launches, promotional campaigns, and retention activities.
Work cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and finance to ensure seamless account management and service delivery.
Take ownership of tasks allocated by the Customer Services Manager, ensuring KPIs around customer engagement, response time, and satisfaction are achieved.
About You At least 2 year's in customer service, call centre, or telesales, ideally with exposure to customer engagement or account management.
Leaving Certificate or equivalent; third-level qualification an advantage.
Strong IT skills (MS Office); SAP and Siebel experience desirable.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in building long-term customer relationships.
Detail-oriented, professional, and proactive with a customer-focused mindset.
