We are looking for an experienced and motivated Carpentry Supervisor to join our team in Wicklow.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate carpentry and site teams to deliver high-quality workmanship.
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Coordinate effectively with other trades, suppliers, and project managers to maintain smooth workflow.
Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings accurately.
Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant site in line with health and safety regulations.
Oversee quality control and ensure all work meets company and client standards.
Report progress, challenges, and site updates to senior management.
Requirements
Fully qualified carpenter with strong, hands-on site experience.
Proven track record as a Foreman, Site Lead, or Lead Carpenter—experience in residential refurbishments, extensions, or attic conversions is a strong advantage.
Excellent knowledge of building regulations, safety standards, and construction best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Ability to problem-solve and make practical decisions on-site.
Full, clean driver's license.
