About the Role
As a Sales Growth Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading the entire sales process from prospecting and qualifying leads to running product demonstrations and closing deals.
You'll develop strong relationships with clients across the DACH region, helping them unlock the full potential of our platform.
* Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, and closure.
* Build and nurture trusted relationships with German-speaking clients.
* Create and execute a strategic pipeline plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales process management, including lead generation, qualification, and conversion.
* Client relationship development and maintenance.
* Pipeline strategy and execution.
About You:
* Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Proven track record in sales leadership and client relationship building.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
