Dublin, IrelandDescriptionLocation:Dublin Contract: Full time 1-year Fixed Term contract The purpose of this role is to develop and manage larger scale campaigns that sit across multiple departments and geographical areas.
The team are responsible for creating, delivering, and managing national fundraising campaigns for Focus Ireland.
What you will do: Support the Head of Campaigns in working through the overall strategy for campaigns for the year, breaking down the strategy into clear plans for each campaign.Support the Head of Campaigns to outline goals/KPI's/targets/budget and outline timeframes and requirements for each project/campaign.The Campaigns Manager will be the point of contact to co-ordinate campaigns across teams, providing a platform for regular team communications.The Campaigns Manager would be the main point of contact with the other fundraising teams to develop plans for campaigns in working group style model.Set up project groups across the fundraising teams to achieve campaign goals, choosing with the most appropriate people/skills.Co-ordinate campaigns within the wider fundraising team and the organisation, agreeing timeframes, milestones etc.
across teams.Lead the Campaigns Team to develop communication plans for campaign including EDM, social media, resources and PR where necessary.Support the Campaigns Officer to develop media plans across all channels to deliver above the line campaign.Support the Campaigns Executive to develop below the line activities based on plans e.g., DM Copy.Work with the Campaigns Executive to ensure their training and development needs are being met.Monitor and evaluate progress of campaigns as they are happening and adapting/changing them as required.Evaluating campaign performance by reviewing data and reporting on this to the wider fundraising team.
This will ensure the improvement and development of new campaigns and new campaigns strategy based on insight.Implement best practice CRM approach and incorporate all work into the management information system (Microsoft Dynamics)What you will need: Degree in Marketing or another relevant field.Strong experience in production and event management.Experience in campaign project management.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.Proficiency in social media and / or digital marketing.Highly organized with ability to work under pressure, prioritise & multi task.High degree of initiative, flexibility and creativity.Experience of fundraising would be beneficial.Proficiency in MS office suite.Focus Ireland is an equal opportunities employer We are driven by the fundamental belief that homelessness is wrong.
