Offer description

We are looking for a skilled Medical Secretary with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our medical team, ensuring the smooth operation of our clinical services.Responsibilities:* Provide administrative support to medical staff, including preparing and typing correspondence, reports, referrals etc* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and files* Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and correspondence* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion* Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filingRequirements:* Experience as a Medical Secretary or similar administrative role* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Strong organisational and time management skills* Computer literate, Proficiency in Microsoft, dictation, and Socrates software is helpful.Desired Qualifications:* Experience working in a medical or healthcare setting* Knowledge of medical terminology and proceduresJob Type: Part-timeContract length: 2-3 monthsPay: €15.00-€16.00 per hourExpected hours: 16 – 32 per weekWork Location: In person
