Job Summary:
To provide efficient and effective day to day tasks of the dispatch, packing and goods in departments
.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the data entry and inventory of stock
* Provides clerical support for Warehouse Management
* Assist with general duties within the warehouse environment
* Obtaining and filing of all POD's
* Ability to follow processes, procedures and follow H.S.E guidelines as per company policy
* Performing and recording stock checks promptly and accurately
* Ability to scrutinise warehouse data reports as per internal/external audit requirements
* Arrange and organise transport, couriers to pick up and deliver material
* Planning and organising external services from suppliers and vendors
* Quarantine stock and arrange rework
* Generate picking notes from the warehouse management system
* Take stock out of quarantine on radius system after quality check
* Complete work tickets after pack & file
* Correct book in of material for errors
* Return stock physically and on WMS to obtain true stock accuracy and valuations
* Any other duties and responsibilities management deem appropriate from time to time
Skills & Knowledge:
* Accomplished level of computer literacy skills e.g. Microsoft Office, Excel, Q-Pulse, SAP and other warehouse management systems
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
Qualifications:
* Minimum of Leaving Cert or equivalent qualification
Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
* Full clean driving licence
* Forklift licence desirable
