This is a senior appointment for a person who can deputise as and when necessary for the General Secretary and who will work closely with the General Secretary to build on and develop the Association's achievements and to enhance the trade union interests of members.
ASTI, a trade union representing over 20,000 second-level teachers in Ireland, is seeking to appoint a Deputy General Secretary.

A remuneration package commensurate with the senior nature of the position will apply. The applicable terms and conditions of employment will be contained in the contract of employment offered to the successful candidate.
