Our established Homecare Client is seeking applications for the role of
Client Care Co-ordinator.
Our client's healthcare team is focused on assisting their clients to live as independently as possible in the comfort of their own homes.
Based in Galway, the successful candidate will ensure clients receive high-quality care by coordinating services, managing schedules, and communicating effectively with clients, care teams, and healthcare professionals.
They also maintain accurate records, handle inquiries, and may assist with administrative tasks.

Qualifications
One Touch Experience (desirable)
Office Administration
Flexibility to work occasional weekends as part of a supportive team schedule.
Familiarity with home or general healthcare settings highly advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively.
Full Clean Driving Licence and access to a car.
Eligible to work in Ireland.
