35 hours (full time 9-5 Monday to Friday)
Duration:
Temporary 3 month initial contract
Pay scale:
€*****- €***** (depending on previous relevant public sector experience)
Job Purpose
To provide efficient administrative support that ensures the smooth and well-organised day-to-day running of the office, assisting the team with a range of administrative tasks and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and document management.
Assist in the preparation of reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
Handle telephone and email inquiries in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Support the coordination of meetings and events.
Provide general administrative support.
Skills and Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous clerical or administrative experience is an advantage.
