Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital & Channel Marketing Manager to join our team.
This position combines two critical functions: designing and executing our Digital Marketing Strategy and serving as a Channel Marketing Manager in a lighthouse market.
In this role, you will drive the planning, creation, and optimization of B2C and B2B digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to build brand awareness, generate B2B leads, driving growth in ZAGG and Mophie e-comm sales channels.
Simultaneously, you will work hand in glove with the sales team in a lighthouse market to deliver growth-focused marketing initiatives that support increased sell-out of ZAGG and Mophie products.
This is a unique opportunity for a versatile marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is equally passionate about both B2C and B2B digital marketing execution and channel sales.
The team is highly collaborative, so the successful candidate will enjoy working with others to share ideas, as well as have the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
Digital
Develop and execute online strategies to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue across digital channels.
Plan, execute, and optimize Ecommerce campaigns across paid media channels, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Social Ads (e.g. Meta), remarketing campaigns, and performance-driven acquisition strategies focused on ROI.
Develop and implement B2B marketing strategies generating high quality leads for the sales team.
Manage and optimize SEO/AEO strategies including keyword research, content optimization, product listings, and organic performance improvement.
Web analytics and performance analysis, monitoring key KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, CAC, ROAS, and revenue to identify opportunities and optimization areas.
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate performance results, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
Work closely with the eCommerce Operations lead, without hands-on technical ownership of site development or backend/frontend execution.
Identify and propose website improvements, aimed at enhancing user experience (UX), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and overall ecommerce performance.
Research, evaluate, and select vendors and digital tools.
Perform additional duties as required.
Channel
Create and implement local marketing strategy with key retail and telco partners that drives product sell-out.
Lead Go-to-market planning and execution for new products, services and features, ensuring alignment across marketing, product, and sales.
Lead design and development of in-store product display (fixtures), ensuring consistent brand guidelines across all partner touchpoints.
Plan and deliver trade shows and partner activations aligned to business KPIs managing suppliers, venues, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery from start to finish.
Perform additional duties as required.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing role.
Strong grasp of digital marketing tools, analytics, and best practices.
Excellent skills in performance tracking, reporting, and data visualization.
Proven track record of successfully driving channel growth through marketing.
Experience managing professional business events.
Confidence working with suppliers, partners and agencies.
Creative with proven ability to craft engaging online and offline POS.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions.
Experience in collaborating cross-functionally with product and sales teams.
Proficiency in developing sales enablement tools such as cheat sheets, sales decks, and product materials.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Must have a collaborative style and be able to cultivate and maintain an open environment where ideas are shared, questioned and tested.
Driver's License.
Fluency in English and a second language, French or German is desirable.
