OverviewDePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Manager, FM Asset Mgmt. Program Mgr, located in New Brunswick, NJ; Raynham, MA; West Chester, PA; Warsaw, IN; Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Cork, Ireland; or Leeds, UK. This role is available across multiple countries and may be posted under different requisition numbers to comply with local requirements. The separation is anticipated to complete within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal and regulatory approvals. Details of any planned changes will be provided at an appropriate time.Scope of RoleGlobal footprint: ~110 DPS sitesFunctional scope: Asset inventory, criticality, lifecycle planning, risk-based maintenanceGeographic reach: GlobalAuthority: Global asset management standards, methodologies, and metricsKey ResponsibilitiesDefine and maintain the global FM asset management program, including asset criticality and risk classificationEnsure consistent asset data, maintenance standards, and lifecycle planningPartner with regional FM teams to embed risk-based asset prioritizationProvide leadership visibility into critical asset risks, gaps, and investment needsSupport capital planning through asset condition and lifecycle insightsDrive continuous improvement in asset reliability and complianceLead and manage the FM asset management program, including asset lifecycle planning, standards, and governanceEstablish and maintain asset management frameworks, processes, and tools to support consistent execution across sitesEnsure accuracy, integrity, and governance of FM asset data and systemsMonitor asset performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiativesSupport compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards related to facilities assetsProvide guidance, training, and subject-matter expertise on asset management practices to stakeholdersCore CapabilitiesAsset management and lifecycle planningInfrastructure risk assessmentMaintenance strategy designCapital planning supportCompetenciesStrong technical and operational credibilityRisk-based decision-makingStructured program managementAbility to influence site-level executionQualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related field requiredAdvanced degree or relevant professional training preferredExperience and Skills6-8 years of progressive experience in facilities management, asset management, engineering, or related operational rolesDemonstrated experience managing asset management programs or portfolios in a regulated or complex environmentStrong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance strategies, and capital planningExperience working with asset management systems, data, and performance metricsProven ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and influence stakeholders in a matrixed organizationStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsPreferredExperience supporting manufacturing, R&D, or large corporate facilities portfoliosFamiliarity with global FM standards and asset management frameworksExperience driving process standardization and continuous improvement initiativesExperience working in a global or highly regulated organizationOtherLanguage: English proficiency requiredTravel: Up to 25%, primarily domesticCertifications: Asset or Facilities Management certifications (e.g., CFM, FMP) preferred, not requiredAdditional InformationFor more information on how we support the whole health of our employees throughout their wellness, career and life journey, please visit www.careers.jnj.com.This is for informative purposes only.
