A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a senior finance professional to join a fast-growing FMCG business based in North Dublin. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of Finance will take full ownership of the finance function while acting as a key strategic partner to the leadership team. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and supporting high-quality decision-making across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Lead the company's financial reporting, ensuring accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual results Deliver clear analysis on profitability, cash flow, margins, and cost performance Produce insightful management reports and dashboards for decision-making Partner with the Managing Director to provide strategic financial guidance Evaluate projects and investments using financial modelling and commercial analysis Support pricing, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and recommend actions to improve performance Drive improvements in financial systems, reporting, and automation Oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable to optimise cash flow and working capital Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements Liaise with auditors and external advisors Provide financial input on payroll, compensation, and benefits Maintain strong financial controls, governance, and audit readiness Candidate Profile ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified accountant 5+ years' experience in a senior finance leadership role Strong background in financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence decision-making Experience managing AR/AP and working capital Strong knowledge of tax, compliance, and governance Advanced systems and reporting capability (ERP / BI tools) Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability Skills: Head of Finance Financial Controller Finance Manager Finance Director Accounting Manager
