We have an excellent opportunity for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our five-star Park Hotel Kenmare, a member of Relais & Chateaux.

Duties include:
* Focus on customer satisfaction by providing the highest food quality, ensuring outstanding attention to detail.
* Follow the Park Hotel Kenmare kitchen standards of quality, preparation, and recipes.
* Ensure product consistency in terms of seasonings, portions, and dish appearance.
* Self-motivate to ensure mis-en-place is prepared for the day ahead.
* Bring creativity to food presentation and contribute new ideas to menu creation.
* Maintain good working relationships with the kitchen team and Front of House, ensuring effective communication.
* Work efficiently under pressure when required.
* Comply with health and safety regulations, including HACCP standards.
* Possess 1-2 years of pastry experience in a similar environment.
* Ensure supplies of ingredients and consumables are ordered routinely.

Qualifications include a proven background in a fine dining kitchen or equivalent as a Demi Pastry Chef de Partie. College training is preferred. The candidate should have good spoken English, creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
