We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to young people in a safe and therapeutic environment.
About the Role
The Youth Care Specialist will work directly with young people, developing a therapeutic, professional, and caring relationship to ensure their physical, psychological, social, and emotional needs are met. This will involve:
* Accompanying young people to appointments, meetings, holidays, and outings where appropriate.
* Working in partnership with young people and their families/significant others to build, maintain, and support relationships where possible.
Key Responsibilities
* To work directly with the young person in a home-like setting, to develop a therapeutic, professional and caring relationship.

Essential Criteria
* A full clean driving licence.
* The ability to work in regulated activity, care for and supervise young persons.
* Flexibility – willing and able to adapt to changing circumstances, shift patterns, and expectations.
