This role involves the professional installation of a wide range of blinds and shutters in customers' homes and commercial spaces. The ideal candidate will have strong practical skills, attention to detail, and pride in delivering top-quality workmanship and customer service.Main ResponsibilitiesFit and install all types of blinds and shutters to a high professional standard.Handle and transport blinds and shutters carefully to avoid damage during installation.Check all fittings and components prior to installation to ensure they are complete and in good condition.Communicate with the Blinds Department and Fittings Coordinator regarding job progress, any missing parts, or scheduling issues.Ensure all work areas are left clean and tidy after each installation.Provide polite, professional, and helpful service to all customers.Complete daily job sheets and submit them to the supervisor at the end of each day.Adhere to company safety standards and procedures at all times.Skills & RequirementsPrevious experience in blind and shutter fitting essential (further training can be provided for the right candidate).Strong practical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work on your own initiative and manage your daily workload efficiently.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and fitting.Good communication and customer service skills.Full clean driving licence required (company van will be provided).Must be punctual, organised, and reliable.What We OfferCompetitive hourly rate based on experience.Vehicle with Toll Tag & Fuel CardPhone, Uniform & Tools requiredFull training on products and fitting methods.Long-term, stable employment with an established Irish interiors company.Supportive and professional work environment.Job Type: Full-timePay: From €35,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company carExperience:Blinds Fitting: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:Full driving licence (preferred)Work Location: In person
