Training & Experience
1+ year of pipefitting or plant construction experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and commitment to learning.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Basic math and measurement skills.
How You’ll Measure Success
You’re reliable — showing up on time and ready to work every day.
