The hotel is seeking a dynamic, commercially focused leader - someone driven, and enthusiastic, ready to bring a fresh perspective to a well-established city property. The successful candidate will be tasked with steering the property into its next phase of growth and optimisation, with full accountability for performance. Key Priorities: Proactively drive revenue performance, particularly by optimising room type rate premiums, discount strategy, and booking pace. Build a stronger early-booking base, especially within the corporate and group segments. Analyse and reposition against local competition to ensure the hotel is achieving the rate it deserves, not just occupancy. Bring a fresh commercial lens to how rooms are sold and marketed. Lead a happy, engaged team, while also instilling a culture of accountability and results. Develop and mentor department heads to take ownership and grow. Drive guest satisfaction through strong team morale and leadership presence. Take ownership of delivering and outperforming the budget. Be highly motivated to win in the Dublin local and corporate market, with creative ideas and energy to match. Ideal Candidate: Currently in a senior leadership role - strong number two or an emerging GM with the hunger to prove themselves. Must have strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence top-line and bottom-line performance.
