Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, particularly around core functionality for all staff.


About the Role:


The HR Assistant Staff Officer plays a vital role in the administrative and professional services in the HR department. This is a developmental role that will allow you to further develop the HR function, both in its administrative and reporting capabilities.


Main Responsibilities:



* Provide administrative support to the HR department

* Develop the HR function, including its administrative and reporting capabilities

* Contribute to the development of new initiatives for the organization

* Collate and prepare complex material for reports and submissions



Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high level of judgement, as well as an in-depth knowledge and skill in the use of information and communication technologies.
