Role Description
We are hiring a Senior AI Consultant to help businesses identify where Artificial Intelligence can create genuine commercial value.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dublin, Ireland with scope for travel to clients across Ireland, the UK and Europe. You will work directly with senior client stakeholders to assess operations, processes and decision-making - identifying opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, scale and performance.
This role is intentionally non-technical athought a detailed understanding of AI is essential. It is focused on strategy, opportunity identification and business impact rather than model development or engineering.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assessing client businesses to identify high-value AI opportunities
* Translating business challenges into clear, actionable AI use cases
* Building AI opportunity roadmaps aligned to commercial objectives
* Working closely with leadership teams to prioritise initiatives
* Supporting implementation alongside technical partners where required
* Advising executives on AI adoption, readiness and change management
* Communicating clearly and confidently at C-Level
Experience & Profile
* Senior consulting or advisory background
* Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations at a business level
* Proven experience identifying operational, customer or revenue optimisation opportunities
* Commercially minded with strong strategic judgement
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
* Experience working directly with CEOs, founders or leadership teams
* Background in consulting, digital transformation, strategy or operations strongly preferred
