We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Office Bookkeeping Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in bookkeeping and office administration while supporting daily financial operations. Key Responsibilities Assist with data entry of invoices, receipts, and payments into accounting software. Help maintain accurate financial records and filing systems. Support the preparation of financial reports and reconciliations. Provide administrative support, including organizing documents and updating. Support the finance team with other bookkeeping and office duties as required. Requirements Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
