Dromoland Castle is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant.
The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the executive team by handling administrative tasks and facilitating smooth business operations.

Overview of the Role: Working Monday to Friday onsite.Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence handling.Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.Manage and prioritise incoming emails, calls, and requests, ensuring timely responses.Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics and materials preparation.Conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making.Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external Team Members.Assist in project management tasks and follow-ups as required.Maintain organised records and filing systems for easy retrieval of information.Perform other administrative duties to support business operations as needed. Qualifications and Skills:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.Possess relevant Business / Administrative Qualification.Exceptional communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a strong understanding of corporate operations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.Preferred Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years consecutive administrative experience working in a corporate or executive-level support role.Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.Staff Accommodation: Please Note: Staff Accommodation is not provided.Work Authorisation:Please note: We can only accept applications from individuals who have the legal right to live and work in Ireland without restrictions.
