Health and Safety Advisor Role
This is a proactive role within the facilities management sector requiring an individual with strong knowledge of health and safety legislation. The Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for fostering a positive safety culture, providing expert advice to operational teams and implementing site-specific health and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Champion a strong health and safety culture across all service lines.
* Provide expert advice and guidance to operational teams on health and safety matters.
* Develop and implement site-specific health and safety policies and procedures.
* Deliver engaging health and safety training to ensure compliance and awareness.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor performance.
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for health and safety who can demonstrate:
* A minimum of a Level 8 qualification in Health & Safety or a related discipline.
* Proven experience in a health and safety role, preferably within facilities management or a regulated environment.
* Strong knowledge of Irish health, safety and environmental legislation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
