We are seeking a Service & Operations Specialist to join our team in EMEA.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day service queries via call and email, including proactive escalations.
* Review and analyse service reports with your manager to ensure customer service is remarkable.
* Suggest Process improvement and optimisation ideas to a global best practice level.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a direct client service role dealing with complex applications or analytical tasks.
* Exceptional verbal and written skills.
* Technically competent and capable of using own initiative.
* Experience in a fast-paced, highly progressive environment.
