Global Business Solutions (GBS) supports Lilly by providing capabilities that accelerate value to patients, including functions like EMS Contract to Pay. The Enterprise Meeting Services Contract to Pay (EMS) team assists Lilly Meeting Owners with meeting planning, HCP contracts and payments, and reporting transfer of value (TOV) to comply with EFPIA Disclosure Code. The Lilly Meetings & Congresses teams support meeting oversight, while EMS handles HCP contracting, payments, reimbursements, and compliance.
The EMS team collaborates cross-functionally with GBS, Global and International Meetings & Congresses, Global Transparency, GCO, and Ethics & Compliance teams.
Responsibilities:
The EMS Expert Specialist provides contracting and payment support to external Healthcare Professionals and internal partners, acting as a primary resource for Contracting to Pay queries, ensuring excellent customer experience, compliance, and issue resolution. Responsibilities include managing pre-contract data, ensuring adherence to anti-corruption and data disclosure requirements, monitoring SLAs, supporting global projects, and assisting in training team members. Flexibility to support other markets and languages as needed is also required.
Basic Requirements:
- 2-3 years' customer-facing experience with strong communication and compliance skills; experience in legal, contracting, travel, or meetings support is advantageous.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Fluency in French and English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP P2P, MS Office; contracting systems experience is beneficial.
