About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced administrative professional to support a short-term data and systems project within our Finance function. This role will be central to improving data quality and preparing for an ERP upgrade — ideal for someone with strong Excel and organisational skills who thrives in a busy, structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyse, clean, and standardise data across finance-related systems
2. Support the development of data models and assist in data mapping activities
3. Identify and correct inconsistencies, duplicates, or incomplete entries
4. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and consistent employee and financial records
5. Contribute to ERP upgrade preparations through structured data work
What You Bring:
6. Advanced Excel skills, including experience with data models, pivot tables, formulas, and large data sets
7. Previous experience in a Finance or IT administrative role
8. Familiarity with ERP systems (Navision experience is a bonus)
9. Strong organisational and time management abilities
10. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
11. Proven track record of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
Desirable:
12. Experience in Master Data Management
13. Previous exposure to Microsoft Navision or similar ERP tools
