About Your New Job
Allocation and scheduling of service tasks for a team of engineers
Liaising with engineers to ensure adherence to response times
Managing client accounts on dedicated software packages
Handling customer queries efficiently through effective communication
Ensuring ISO standards and external SLA's are achieved consistently
Dealing with high volume of phone calls and report writing
12 Month FTC
What Skills You Need
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner
Strong organisational and time management skills
High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
Experience with SAP and Healthcare sector advantageous but not necessary
